Our organic polenta is already cooked. Simply heat it up to enjoy. 1. Slice 1/2 inches thick rounds and microwave, saute, fry, bake, broil, or grill to desired doneness. 2. For creamy polenta, place polenta in a heated sauce pan, adding a little broth or milk at a time. Mash and stir until polenta is creamy.
